We started as an influencer marketing agency. While clients loved our results, delivering them was a pain. So we started automating everything we did \u2014 and it paid off.<\/p>\n

The role<\/span><\/p>\nWe are looking for a Backend-Heavy Senior Engineer who isn’t afraid to touch the full stack. While your primary domain will be our Golang services and distributed architecture, you are a “Product Engineer” at heart \u2014 meaning you understand the “why” behind the code and can jump into the React\/Next.js frontend whenever it’s the shortest path to delivering value.<\/p>\n

Your technical toolkit<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Core Backend \u2014 5+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years of mastery in Golang. Comfortable with high-performance distributed systems.<\/li>\n
- Fullstack Versatility \u2014 Backend is your home, but you have the skills to navigate and contribute to a React\/Next.js frontend.<\/li>\n
- Infrastructure & Data \u2014 Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and ideally GCP.<\/li>\n
- Architectural Mindset \u2014 You move seamlessly from system design to shipping production-ready code. Clean code, test coverage, and documentation are your tools for maintaining velocity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Bonus points<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Experience with payment systems (we handle around $1M in monthly payouts).<\/li>\n
